Joe & Lauren
Loyalty is the sweet message from this beautiful couple.
CHAPTER 01:
I was so excited when Lauren told me that they would be getting married at the St. Paul Club House in Minnesota.
Full of rich history and delicate details, their wedding day was stamped with this same detail, love, simple treasures, and crisp November air.
CHAPTER 02:
You felt community come together for this wedding. From the florist, to the estates manager, to the bartender, everyone was here to enjoy the fullness of the day.
My favorite part of a fall wedding is the hint of slightly burnt color tones. It signifies the beauty of change, preparing for the next season. But you cannot forget the delicate balance of the warmth of whiskey, hot cider, and velvet dresses.
CHAPTER 03:
Something sometimes missed is the emotions of the immediate family. They are sending off their daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to create a new family. That will care and cherish her for the years to come.
Watching the nieces stare at Lauren in her dress. Her mom walk down the aisle trying to hold back the tears. Her sister seeing the history of her sister flash before her eyes.
Take a minute to reflect on the people of your day. It isn’t just the couple, it is the house of people.
CHAPTER 04:
Then the lights came on. Chandeliers, candles, string lights, spotlights, and the bright moonlight.
The celebration had flavorrrr.
The diversity of sounds, creamy tastes, smokey air, sweet burn of a red wine, and new people.
Wedding Moment:
The moment the bride reveals to her sweet grandmother that she was wearing her bracelet. The emotion overflowed as she recognizes her time is short and her granddaughter will keep a piece of her when she is gone.
“A wedding can be a stressful time for anyone but having a photographer like Megan certainly helped to ease those wedding jitters. From the very start, Megan took the time to make capturing our day more than just about photos. She asked about our vision for the day and those key moments that were special to us. On the day of, she directed the group well and was ubiquitous, capturing a variety of moments. We are so happy with how our photos turned out!”
